Job Description:  

Are you a driven, proactive individual with an interest in Human Resources? GAO Tek Inc. South Korea offers an HR Partner – Recruitment & Onboarding Internship, designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational growth. You will be working alongside senior HR professionals to support our company’s recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall success of our expansion initiatives.  

Location: Remote (Work from Home)  

Duration: 3 – 6 months

Key Responsibilities:  

Talent Sourcing:

• Assist in identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and outreach efforts.  

• Research and suggest new strategies for attracting top talent in various industries.  

Recruitment Support:  

• Post job openings on relevant platforms, screen incoming resumes, and help coordinate interview schedules with senior HR staff.  

• Manage candidate communication, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.  

Candidate Communication & Follow-ups:  

• Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.  

• Maintain strong candidate relationships to foster a positive employer brand.  

Onboarding Assistance:  

• Support new hires with the onboarding process, including preparation of employment documents, orientation, and introduction to the company culture.  

• Ensure smooth employee integration by providing necessary resources and assistance.  

Market and Opportunity Research:  

• Assist in conducting market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for organizational growth.  

• Contribute to strategic discussions by analyzing industry developments that impact talent acquisition and HR strategies.  

Stakeholder Outreach:  

• Help engage with potential clients, business partners, and external contacts to explore opportunities for collaboration and growth.  

• Assist in establishing relationships that enhance GAO Tek’s presence and expand its network.

Requirements:

Educational Background:  

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.  

• Candidates with an interest in HR operations, talent management, and business growth initiatives are preferred.  

Skills & Experience:  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).  

• Demonstrated interest in HR functions, particularly in recruitment and employee onboarding.  

• Ability to work independently and contribute to team efforts in a fast-paced environment.  

Self-Motivation & Organizational Skills:  

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.  

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to company growth.
